強化養(yǎng)殖業(yè)生產安全和公共衛(wèi)生安全

新版《動物檢疫管理辦法》和《動物防疫條件審查辦法》自2022年12月1日起施行。

新版《動物檢疫管理辦法》明確農業(yè)農村主管部門負責動物檢疫監(jiān)督管理，動物疫病預防控制機構提供有關技術支撐，對受理輸入無疫區(qū)的動物、動物產品檢疫申報的機構作出調整，明確官方獸醫(yī)的資格條件、任命程序、培訓和考核要求等。

新版《動物防疫條件審查辦法》規(guī)定，動物飼養(yǎng)場、隔離場所、屠宰加工場所、無害化處理場所等四類場所應當配備與其生產經營規(guī)模相適應的執(zhí)業(yè)獸醫(yī)或動物防疫技術人員，患有人畜共患傳染病的人員不得在場所內直接從事相關活動。

Introduction to CAHE
